I have played millions of hands of chemin de fer. I began working my way into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I have enjoyed online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. With all that said I have still spent a lot of funds at chemin de fer. The gambling dens have made it very hard to defeat the game.
I still enjoy the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over the years I have played a variation of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get loaded with this tactic or defeat the house, still you will experience a lot of fun. This method is founded on the idea that 21 appears to be a game of runs. When you are hot your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I bet with basic strategy blackjack. When I do not win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I do not win again I bet the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. Once I win I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the bet back down to the original bet.
I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets very fun on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your bets go up very quickly. Before you know it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome streaks a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the MGM a couple of years ago with $750 after 35 minutes using this method! And a number of months ago in Las Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You have to understand that you can relinquish a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be surprised at the streaks you witness betting this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you continue winning at a 5 dollar game.
Wager $5
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the first 5 dollar wager
Wager $5
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 10 dollar
Wager ten dollar
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the original ten dollar bet
Wager ten dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $20
Bet twenty dollar
Take $20 paid to you, leave the original 20 dollar bet
Wager 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total wager of forty dollar
Wager $40
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $40 bet
Wager 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total wager of 80 dollar
Wager eighty dollar
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $80 bet
Bet 80 dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 160 dollar
Wager 160 dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the initial $160 wager
If you departed at this point you would be up 3 hundred and 15 dollars !!
It is iffy to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can’t alter and lower your wager or the final result won’t be the same.
