I have played millions of hands of twenty-one. I started working my way into the casinos when I was still underage. I have played online 21, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. Given all that I have still lost an abundance of cash at 21. The gambling dens have made it almost impossible to defeat the game.
I still enjoy the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have enjoyed a variation of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get loaded with this method or defeat the house, nonetheless you will experience a lot of fun. This method is based on the fact that 21 appears to be a game of runs. When you’re hot your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I wager with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I do not win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. Once I win I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the action back down to the original amount.
I am very strict and do not back out. It gets very fun at times. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your bets go up very fast. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had great streaks a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Wynn a couple of years ago with $750 after 45 mins using this tactic! And a couple of weeks ago in Macau I left a game with $1200!
You have to comprehend that you can give away a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be aghast at the runs you notice betting this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a $5 table.
Bet five dollar
Take $5 paid to you, leave the original five dollar wager
Bet 5 dollar
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total bet of 10 dollar
Bet $10
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the first ten dollar bet
Wager 10 dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 20 dollar
Bet twenty dollar
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the initial twenty dollar bet
Bet $20
Leave $20 paid to you for a total bet of 40 dollar
Wager forty dollar
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 40 dollar wager
Wager forty dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total wager of 80 dollar
Wager $80
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the initial eighty dollar wager
Bet $80
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $160
Bet 160 dollar
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 1 hundred and sixty dollar bet
If you left at this moment you would be up $315 !!
It is herculean to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you must NOT deviate and drop your bet or the final result will not be the same.
