I have wagered on millions of rounds of chemin de fer. I began sneaking into the casinos when I was still underage. I have wagered on online 21, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. Given all that I have still lost a lot of bankroll at vingt-et-un. The gambling halls have made it almost impossible to beat the house.
I still enjoy the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over the years I have gambled on a variation of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get loaded with this tactic or defeat the casino, nonetheless you will have a lot of fun. This method is based on the fact that 21 appears to be a game of runs. When you’re on fire your on fire, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I play basic strategy 21. When I don’t win I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I don’t win again I wager the table minimum on the next hand again etc. Once I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the action back down to the original sum.
I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets very enjoyable on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quick. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had great streaks a number of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Wynn a couple of years back with $750 after 45 mins using this tactic! And a few months ago in Las Vegas I left a game with $1200!
You must understand that you can relinquish a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be surprised at the runs you witness betting this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a $5 table.
Wager 5 dollar
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the first five dollar bet
Bet 5 dollar
Leave five dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $10
Wager $10
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the original $10 bet
Bet $10
Leave 10 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $20
Bet $20
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the initial twenty dollar wager
Bet twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total wager of forty dollar
Wager 40 dollar
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the initial 40 dollar bet
Bet forty dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 80 dollar
Wager eighty dollar
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 80 dollar wager
Wager $80
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 160 dollar
Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $160 bet
If you left at this moment you would be up $315 !!
It is difficult to go on a streak this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can NOT deviate and drop your wager or the end result will not be the same.
